Hello – this does not work, I have no option to update the firmware – if I go to the latest driver and install, it only installs the control panel. When I open the control panel, it shows “No devices connected” even though I can hear audio through the TA-10.

Also – where can I find the TA-10-A1 firmware?

Have you selected your TA-10 to USB input? Is the USB light on?

If you really need to upgrade the firmware, we will send you a link
