DAC Design
A discrete resistor network provides an alternative to conventional DAC chips.
Natural Flow. Discrete R2R Design.

The R2R Card brings a discrete resistor-network conversion path to XD05 PRO and TA-32. Independent left and right channel networks, FPGA correction and unified timing are combined to pursue a natural, silky and warm presentation while retaining native support for high-resolution PCM and DSD playback.

A discrete resistor network provides an alternative to conventional DAC chips.
Independent channels use 128 confirmed 0.1% thin-film resistors in total.
FPGA correction and a 57-bit accumulator support precise signal reconstruction.
The hardware architecture supports DSD playback up to DSD512.
