Shipping is included with every product purchased through the xDuoo online store.
Orders with a product value of USD 300 or more are shipped by DHL or FedEx express service, with an estimated arrival time of 5-7 days.
Orders below USD 300 are shipped by standard parcel service, with an estimated arrival time of 7-12 days.
Orders are prepared after payment is confirmed. Estimated delivery times begin after dispatch and may vary with the destination, carrier service, customs and local processing conditions.
Tracking details are added to the order when they become available. Customers can use the Order Status page or contact xDuoo with their order number.
For address corrections, delayed tracking or delivery questions, contact xDuoo as soon as possible and include the order number.
