Orders below USD 300 are shipped by standard parcel service.

Order processing
Orders are prepared after payment is confirmed. Delivery timing depends on the destination, carrier service and local processing conditions.
Tracking
Tracking details are added to the order when they become available. Customers can use the Order Status page or contact xDuoo with their order number.
Delivery questions
For address corrections, delayed tracking or delivery questions, contact xDuoo as soon as possible and include the order number.
